A shamshir (Persian: شمشیر) is a type of Persian/Iranian sword with a radical curve. The name is derived from the shamshīr, which means "sword" in the Persian language. Right as Swirls of Shamshir starts we hear the instruments Sitar and Oud playing in an orderly fashion, like a duet, both complementing each other. This is really neat because what exactly is a swordplay? It is a duet. A dance between two swords as neither can perform without the other. I'm 100% sure it's gonna be a combat/battle music.

Well some of the traditional and most popular Arab music in the Middle East is of Maher Zain. You could easily find it on radio anytime and its really good. Some recommendations would be "Ya Nabi Salam Alayka" and "Assalamu Alika". There are many more but I don't live there anymore so not up-to date with what's trending. There is another which is popular in Dubai and my cousin told me about was "Boshrit kheir". Sry if I sound annoying, I just couldn't help but put out some recommendations.

5:49 - it's still spectacular how the composer keeps Traveler's motif in battle songs, adapting it to each region. It feels fresh but you can still recognise that track is from Genshin

I wouldn't rlly call it the Traveler's motif. It more so represents Genshin/Teyvat as a whole rather than a single character. I mean, it plays in almost every character demo. Character motifs are more exclusive. (i.e you'll never hear Signora's theme where she's not directly involved)
