If Mavuika does die in 5.1 I expect her to be revived in 5.3 but as an actual god, just like Xblanque I would expect her to create a new set of rules for Natlan under the assistance of the traveler and maybe Capitano. I also expect that once Mavuika gains divinity, there will be an overflow of Pyro causing us to get the element without having to interact with the statue. So it would basically be a burst of raw pyro energy spreading all across Natlan, infusing into the statues and us. Maybe after that point it would make sense that we finally start getting other pyro Natlan characters after 5.3, because there wouldn’t be a shortage of pyro energy anymore.

Pyro “characters” exist in their own right already tho… they just haven’t released any playable ones (that one npc from the archon quest in the water village literally had a pyro vision). Pyro as an element exists separately from natlan, it’s the nation of pyro sure but it’s not like pyro couldn’t exist without it, the statues being weird is the only thing going for ur idea but I think it’s a bit of a stretch to assume that much from them simply not releasing pyro characters yet.

i wonder what chess piece the pyro gnosis represents. it doesn't strictly resemble the rook, the knight, or the bishop but if i'd have to guess maybe it's the other rook (since if you consider a game of chess there are 7 major and minor pieces - 1 queen, 2 rooks, 2 bishops, 2 knights). and since a rook is a major piece and the pyro gnosis is the only gnosis the fatui are missing rn, it seems fitting that the last gnosis would represent a rook. ofc this is only my opinion and other people are free to disagree with it. i know most people think that the 7 gnoses represent the distinct chess pieces; i.e. the king, queen, bishop, knight, rook, and pawn. following that theory though, we're one chess piece short so i think the gnoses represent the major and minor chess pieces, aka a chess piece's ability to checkmate, moreso than any distinct ones. i have a neat little theory for why there isn't really a pawn here and if there was a pawn what it could represent -and what each individual gnosis symbolizes and what their purpose is -but that's way too long to put into a comment and would require me to write something like a full blown thesis paper lmao. again this is only my speculation and people are free to believe what they want to believe. let's agree to disagree. EDIT: ive heard of the 'each gnosis is a king piece + one other chess piece kind' (shoutout to ashikai, her lore vids are amazing!!) and have crafted theories based off of that too. it still works for the overarching theory that i have that the gnoses represent major and minor pieces and them being king pieces explains and opens up more avenues for speculation tbh. don't mind me, time to add more notes to my ever-growing obsession with genshin lore.

Mavuika is only Archon who do job like actual archon. She is ruling the nation , protecting the nation , everyone knows she is archon , now she will use gnosis which is actually made for archon to use. She did , follow the duty that actually had given by unknown god Celestia. She is the true archon that defines the archon word. Other Archons are different type they are protecting the nation but they are not doing the true role of archon.
