The phantom band is coming first, and they fall in love with the Prismriver, the phantom band are Elis, the Scarlet one, Parsee and Nue. Their Date was confirmed from the first anime that was appeared on youtube in 2005 Touhou Little Dreams and it was Yuri, anyway today that anime is not more disponible, because it disappeared cause of the Tsunami in 2011.. I'm so sorry for the lost... But it doesn't means that the Phantom and the Prismriver are not more lovers💕

This just came out a few months ago, so no. I know the first game has full translation, with the second and third having partial ones at least.

Well, they are doing stage 72 now, so it's getting closer. Though a translation patch for items and Spell Card effects has been out for a time.

Yeah, hopefully we will eventually get the full dialogue in a translation patch since there are a lot of special quotes I want to see that they didn't cover. You are not allowed to upload Gensou Shoujo Taisen Yume videos until it is released in store... The publisher announced it a few weeks ago. I have seen many videos taken down because of this (maybe Sanbondo reported to KZbin), so perhaps you should also take these down before it occurs...
