This is an actual game. The title is in the video: Gensou Shoujo Maidens (or Fantasy Maiden Wars in English). There are 4 games covering the story: Kou (E), You (P), Ei (I) and Yume (D). The first one is the only one localized, to play the other three you have to deal with patches and so.
