Vulnerable post here (apologies): After a lot of stress buildup over the past while my mind has been feeling like it is collapsing in on itself while I have been at work. I realized I was in over my head so I stopped, stepped into another room and turned this on to calm down and reel myself in. The sounds are actually very soothing and have helped me feel a little better so I am very, very grateful. 🙏
