Om Shanti means “eternal peace for all of mankind.” As a Hindu we are told that it is achieved only when a soul reaches moksha, the divine release from the endless cycle of reincarnation after living a righteous and pious life. It is always chanted thrice here because we believe when it is chanted for the first time it purifies the body of sufferings, diseases and discomfort. When it is chanted for the second time it relieves the mind of negative feelings, worries, stress and tensions. Chanting it third time heightens the spiritual experience and touch the soul of person from within. In other sense, it is chanted thrice for Oneself, immediate family and friends and the peace of all beings in universe at large. Once chanted thrice it removes all three classes of obstacle from the three realms, that is physical, divine and internal realm.

I started recording my feelings on my phone’s voice recorder and after a couple years it turned into making videos just for myself. I registered a pod cast and interviewed one friend. I talk allot and it would be beautiful to share with the world. One step at a time, as long as it takes for you. I wanna sing like this lady too, so I listen and listen and I’m finding my own voice while I’m cooking or folding clothes. My dog enjoys it. Take all the time that you need. Social media can make me feel like I’m behind. But I’m not. When I was in college, I remember a 70 year old in one of my classes and it made me remember, it’s never too late. You’ll always be learning to appreciate being here on Earth at such a time as this. My pod cast is called Good Grief. Stay encouraged. We’re walking through this together.

There used to be a Universal Language called the Madjai (I might have spelt that wrong) that the Worlds People spoke that resonated with nature but the Royalists came along and destroyed anyone who spoke it. The Hungarian language is the closest to what it was that still has some remains left of it today. It was more to do with the vibration of sound than the word that resonated and was in harmony with nature

I’ve watched a few of these now and the music is so beautiful and pure. Amazing voice as well. I often use this to sleep and it’s the most effective thing for my insomnia. Wake up feeling very relaxed. Have already passed this on to some many others.
