First of all, congratulations because it's one of my favorite videos along with the one from Sucrose from years ago that still gives me nostalgia, whenever I use the headphones I can notice the difference in the microphone, I honestly feel calm listening to it at bedtime, secondly 9:02 I was focusing on listening while relaxing and I realized that the timing of my heartbeat with that of the video was exactly the same, then testing with calm instrumentals and other asmr type videos, I discovered that the heart tends to synchronize the rhythm with the influence of the moment (I haven't commented in a long time but I still watch the channel frequently )
