Such wonderful people they are and showing such sensitivity and respect for Anne Lister and Ann Walkers relationship .. much love and respect for Suranne, Sally and Sophie ❤️🧡💛💚💙

"Raunchy" what a pig interviewer to even view two women who love each other in that word. A typical male who sees two women loving each other as porn of some sort. This is an amazing love story. I am flabbergasted at how lovely and powerful a series this creation is by Wainwright, and these two astounding actors' portrayal of two women in love and all that entailed in those years. Bravo to all three and to women loving women. So happy that Rundle put him in his place by challenging his stupid comment.

He may have been referring to the quick cut to a scene of Anne Lister giving oral sex to a different woman than Ann Walker. It was a bit of a shock. And the other scene with her married gf was a bit more explicit that the scenes with Sofie. I agree raunchy is a bit much though.

@@csmith5420 All the women I know who love women thought that scene was hysterically funny, not shocking at all. Myself included. What do we think Lister did with Walker just because she tossed a cover over her. It's the mindset and experiences of the person viewing it etc etc... an interviewer needs to interview and table their opinions. Who cares what they think, we want to hear from the cast, not them.

The reaction of them all when he called the scenes ''Raunchy and Steamy'', they are like ''dude are u srs.'' It's a freaking love story, if it was a man and a woman it would've been called ''there are a lot of love scenes'' bla dee bla. -_- Love their reactions tho, they feel the same way lmao.
