Did it really get canceled or was it just the end of the story? Last episode of season 2 really gave an ending to the show and Anne Lister. I don't think they had anymore things to say.

They still could show them living togheter in Shibden. They were travelling a lot, till Anne died. So it will be amazing to see that.
