I’m not even a minute in and I’m already relaxed.😌Thank you Maria for all of your videos! I appreciate your creativity and your efforts in creating wonderfully, relaxing videos for us every week. You’ve created the Ultimate ASMR Library and I could not be more grateful. I love going back to past videos because I remember anxiously (in a good way) waiting for you to upload some videos and for some of them I remember where I was in my life and many of them bring back fond memories. I've just realized something kind of amazing. I'm on the autism spectrum and eye contact is _extremely_ difficult for me. I can't do it for more than 3 seconds at a time. But before I started watching Maria, I couldn't do it at all. Making eye contact with her is so much easier because we're separated by a screen and I can follow the script of the video every time I watch, knowing nothing will be different or unexpected. I think practicing with Maria's videos has actually made me better at IRL social situations. I'm very grateful for that

First of all: Thank you so, so much for these videos during what must be a very hard time for you right now! This genuinely helped in more than one ways, but what I realised during the "Connecting" part was that it is admirable that you see positive things besides the negatives, which I would probably greatly struggle with, even with far less "difficult" problems. So leading very much by example you are :) Also it's funny because right before I saw this video was posted, I was engaged in taking your advice from one of the prevous videos, letting myself feel things and writing them down. Might take the advice from this one and try the positivity sandwich, hehe. AND on top of all that, something about your energy - the comforting, just kind energy - triggered a long overdue crying session in me and I feel somewhat better now. You know, how we sometimes just need to let the emotions out and crying helps, but for some reason you can't seem to? Well, now I did, and I see things more clearly now. So thank you again from the bottom of my heart, this came at just the right time

One of my BIGGEST APPRECIATIONS for you is your dedication to make sure there are no audibly uncomfortable/disturbing sounds/volumes! There is never a time where one sound is too loud and another isn’t loud enough. Dear Maria, I've been using Fabulous for 7 months now, since your last video with a premium discount. I was diagnosed with ADHD exactly one year ago and never had any routine, never. My mornings and evenings were always chaotic. I never thought I would be able to build routines this late in my life (I'm 30) and yet... After 7 months of using the app, I finally managed to create little, yet strong, routines in the morning and evening. My days are more productive and above all I take care of myself more easily. I am starting cognitive remediation this month and thanks to Fabulous I can progress much more easily by focusing on my other dysfunctions. This partnership has greatly improved my quality of life. Thank you so much for that ! ♥

I just watched this after seeing your sassy video. It is obvious, from your truthfulness, not just the unspoken, deflated demeanor that is obvious to your loyal viewers. We’ve been with you since day one…we can see the significant changes. You are clearly burn out, Maria. You give and give to your job- ASMR- you cant fake that…and be successful or last longevity…it takes a great deal of compassion, generosity and strength to sustain that level of caring. Over time…you protect yourself, little by little…care less, give less, just to conserve what little you have left. I am an RN x30 years now, I get it. Then there’s your personal life…no clients give a shit about how you are feeling, doing, struggling, managing- we just all your best, all the time, and dont dare to make a mistake or even not smile- despite you dont get tips! Your daughter needs you, you are clearly the bread winner, your family and parents in Russia…rely upon you…now more than ever…it’s overwhelming. It should feel that way…because your reality and day to day every day,, 365..24/7 x 20 years…never turns off…just bc the camera is turned off or bc…its a weekend or a designated holiday. That’s not how you roll…the responsibilities never leave you bc you care more about those you love than yourself, including us, your viewers. My suggestion, take an extended break. Let your hubby…worry and pay the bills, and…take care of your daughter, his…daughter, the other 16 hours in a day…doesn’t mean you dont love them, either of them..it just means…the work hasn’t been distributed evenly throughout the years. That’s all. Let all of them…walk in your shoes…and i mean for months…until they really- understand what pressures you are under and appreciate everything..u have generously and lovingly GIFTED them. Perhaps, they’ll get it before its too late. Maybe not. However, you’ve been thru and survived worse- double down- eliminate everything other than you and your daughters needs. Believe me- its a lot easier to take care of yourself and her- all by yourself…then go forward with a broken heart and disappointed with the selfishness of those around you. Easy peezey- for you! Just take care of you and her! Lighten your LOAD! You got this! Single motherhood is easier than…carrying …the failures with nothing but excuses and blame. Be done with it. Then- you may regain your enthusiasm and zest.

That air purifier!! 🤤 You should make about an hour loop of that sound ear-to-ear!! It’s heavenly, and the perfect thing for taking a nap. You could roll it over different textured surfaces/materials like faux leather or something for a “sticky fingers” sort of sound, rolling it over your sheets of sticky gems, just different things that would sound good against that matte sounding of the plastic of the purifier. Great video, as always. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. The distance is hard, and the circumstances make it even more difficult to endure. You are loved 🥰 and you will all make it through this.

This video soothes me so much before going to bed. Playing this before bed, is the only way I can truly sleep like a baby. Thank you so much Maria 🫶🏼

This is a full dose of Maria! So lovely, soothing, and peaceful! Waves and waves of tingles! It reminds me of the self hypnosis tapes of Barrie Konicov! Very potent!

Maria, I love that you went out on a limb and shared your vulnerable self. That "Sandwich Method" where you shared a worry between two gratitudes was so touching. I keep you in my prayers, may your worry be resolved 🙏

Какие красивые кисточки, я не могла оторвать глаза от их блеска, а когда они стучат друг о дружку, так вообще круть.

I love when you connect with us, Maria. The Connecting segment you did at 09:17 made me feel like you were right here with me, chatting. It was so comforting. Like talking with a good friend. 💜

To be honest I think you are teaching us empathy in this video, Maria! Espesh with the “connecting” part. I’m watching in the morning oddly, but I think it’s help preparing me to interact with humans today! Thank you 💓💓

17:49 was my favorite. Very gentle Mic scratching and brushing is one of my favorite triggers next to hand movements and hair brushing. Drool. I loved this video. It was very very intimate, soothing and comforting. Those chakra sprays bring me back too! I can’t believe you still have them. I regularly go back to your chakra video. 🥺
