Picked up Emperor Extrait and PVI in their promotion last week. EExtrait is actually better than my 2016 Aventus and reminds me of a batch I had in 2014 but I ran out of the a long time ago so I can't directly compare. I enjoyed the video - thanks for the female point of view

Funny you say that, I had some samples delivered last week , I didn't ask for EE but they kindly put that in as an extra and I didn't even know what it was a clone of. I've sprayed it this morning and it just screams out Aventus! Very enjoyable

May 28, 2019, I ordered 4 different bottles as blind buy base on review and received a corfirmation order. After 10 days of waiting I received an email saying I had to buy samples first (which is expensive) before they can dispatch my orders. I have never experienced this kind of "weird policy" before from any other fragrance store.They say it is in their terms and condition before checkout which I could not find in their almost bare and plain website. I asked them to send a screenshot of this "sampling policy" but they never did. Parfums Vintage should make this clear for the customers to avoid wasting peoples time.

One thing I would like to know bout this line this house's cologne line more is the projection length , preformace level before u need to re apply them , the best time of the year & occasion to wear these cologne from both Ur & Ur wife's opinion. always like hearing your wife's opinion.. she's pretty on point with compliment getting fragrances.. I was shocked how i got complimented a ton wearing versace man... Parfums vintage is a great house.. The owner is also a cool dude that I enjoy chatting with.. I love PVI... My biggest concern though is the price of the new ones coming out. The emperor extrait is pretty pricey for a clone... People say it smells JUST like aventus so that is cool. I haven't tried it yet... But i mean it's like around 130 dollars with shipping for a 50ml... It would have to blow my socks off for me to recommend it over PVI intense.. When i bought PVI i paid about 89 dollars for 100ml.. to me that was a good value for the quality and quantity.. Splits of aventus go for 45-50 for 30ml.. I use that as a gauge of price.. If you can get 60ml of real aventus for 90-100 dollars.. the clone better be under that price.

First of all, great video and you have an awesome rapport together! So Ashton do you feel as strongly about Pineapple Vintage Intense as Chelsey does? I bought a bottle of it based on this video and for the life of me I cannot like the opening of it. The pineapple is not quite right and there is a weird smell in the background that is foul to me that I can't identify. The dry down is pretty good, I don't mind it, but I find myself waiting and hoping for the opening to pass so I can get to that because I dislike the opening so much. How much different are fragrances on tester strips as compared to your skin? Could it be something with my body chemistry that just reacts with it differently than other people that makes it so displeasing to me? I want to like this fragrance, I really do. I've given it about 3 tries and every time I just keep waiting for the opening to pass.

Both the fact you rate the initial scent and then the dry down - as lets face it most people will smell the dry down on you not the initial scent unless you literally spray it on before you enter the room:) So that is very helpful.

Just got my emperor extrait and xbatch. The spray on them is great. Misty and we’ll dispersed. Both of them have an amazing smell. Emperor extrait is very much Aventus and xbatch is better than Sauvage.
