I’ve used it very successfully in the mash and secondary for dry hopping before transferring to a keg purged with CO2. Beer remained fresh for a long time. Good seeing you on the Hoppy Hour last night 🍻

Trying this in my current brew. 2.5g in the mash 2.5g in the bottling bucket for a NEIPA. Thanka for sharing this.

Appreciate you sharing your knowledge. I used to fill my kegs with sodium percarb and then purge with co2. But SPC makes oxygen, right? So probably a bad idea, thoughts? I now use water with a tablet of metabisulphate.
