I'm gonna be blunt here. I hardly comment on things like this but this was an exception. Jermaine, you really need to better up when it comes to this host of a thing ( no insult but a constructive criticism). Firstly, You need to know your guest well enough to be able to pronounce their names before inviting them. It sounds insulting when you pronounce someone's name in a wrong way. 2. You are the HOST , stop making it all about yourself. Let them speak! Do you know why these beautiful ladies kept talking over each other ? Because you hardly allow them speak individually . As a host, you should be able to know how to sort that by throwing questions to one individual at a time then the rest can add in their opinions . For example : Let's start with so so..What did you think about this topic ? After he or she is done then you move to the next individual and say " What can you say about what she just said or did you have anything to add to it " That's how this works. 3. I have to say this, you did Frances wrong big time. I felt like you killed her energy and you kept cutting her off not once or twice . What's the show all about if you dont allow them talk? Who cares about time. If the podcast is interesting, I don't care spending all my day watching it . Please apologize to her . 4. You are kinda disrespectful with your words . Please watch it! This wasn't the first time i watched your podcast . First is a mistake, second is never . Please try and make amends on that and stop trying to act like you are right because you are older or because you've seen things different from their perspectives . 5. Not everyone watching your podcast are young girls in their teens . We have some elderly people here who just wants to learn from these people so stop with the " These young girls really needs it" and what's the beef with the millennials? I don't get . Please work on these . No one is perfect but we can all try to correct some things especially if people keeps pointing it out to us. We learn everyday . Thank you! PS: Shout out to all the beautiful ladies on the show. We learn everyday and i must say i resonate with them on some topics or opinions.

Frances is that girl. I love how she gracefully carried herself all through the vlog amidst what jamine was doing. . That aside I remember when I used to pay more people see her cause she’s who she thinks she is I’m glad that is coming to past.. that girl steady tossing gems here and there. I love watching her. Too wise to be this young. She’s exclusive and making waves.

Honest feedback: You should find a better way to communicate that there is insufficient time. You cut your guest off so rudely that it was quite awkward watching it. I also observed that you mostly cut Frances off and let others go on and on. It was a bit uncomfortable to watch. Also, your guest mentioned she was uncomfortable with the Word prostitute and you could have handled your response better. And not knowing your guest's name? Nah, be for real . I've watched your other videos, but this was very uncomfortable to watch. Overall, you came off a bit insecure because it looked like you kept trying to prove something. I hope the next episode will be a lot better. Good luck!
@jaen-fmbacu3166 Жыл бұрын
That completely threw me off. The rudeness, and calling her a wrong name just because he didn't like calling her name? Completely inappropriate! For something like that permission is definitely needed first and you both have to be close before assuming familiarity. Also, I hope the interrupting and not listening is something you're also working on improving because you can ruin a perfect show by being a poor host.

I love Quick Steph with all my heart. I respect Priscy and Francess has a lovely personality. These are the best influencers in Nigerian, not because they are beautiful but they are good at what they do and they are very intellectual. I relate to Quick Sheph, being a light skin lady in Nigeria is very hard and it has really dealt with self esteem and confidence. People telling you at a young age that you are bleaching and you are not beautiful beautiful you are light skin can do a lot to you and your personality. I respect her alot because she has shown me that you can conquer and live your life.

I’ve always liked Quick Steph because that girl’s self-confidence is it for me. A lot of Nigerian women can’t deal bc they feel she’s full of herself, envy, jealousy. Even if she is, what’s wrong with that? Work on your self-confidence and self-worth. It’s really not her fault that you’re insecure about yourself. I watch her videos, she’s great at everything she does. I think she exudes so much confidence, people can’t handle it and so they talk down on her to make themselves feel better but hey, that’s not gonna do anything for you. She reminds me of the way Chloe Bailey is treated. No need for the hate, these people are just being themselves w/out even trying. Girl, keep doing you. I feel like she’s a genuine sweet and nice person. You can’t have access to everyone, truly.

I really loved this episode. Really encouraging and insightful. My problem however was with the host, he’s doing a good job but I think you should let your guests speak without interrupting. They’ll be saying some deep things and he’ll just divert the topic to something unserious or he won’t be listening. Also don’t let your bias cloud certain things you’re asking them, there’s a reason you bring people and that is to get their view/ opinion on things.

I loved these ladies, classy , articulate and energetic. However , this is my first time watching your show, it left a sour taste. 1)Starting from you not trying your best to pronounce Frances’ name. Best way to go about it, is to ask her to pronounce it. 2) You keep cutting them off ! Man! very rude especially Frances. 3) From your body language I can tell you were more interested in some gossip topics vs what the actual podcast topic is. & seems like Frances was just a add to the podcast just because . It was like you did not want her there 4) The best way to host is to ask a question and let them finish TALKING. If you are time conscious that means you cut off some questions. 5) I’m not getting the vibe that this is a gossip thing , so please let them share what they feel comfortable sharing . 6) No one is a know if all , so stop acting like you know everything 7) you have a huge misconception on Millennials, for someone throwing that word around, I would have expected you to have done a age research on the group. 8) Millennials were more of the fore front during EndSars , A LOT of millennials grew up with phones, what set them aside is they are knowledgeable on both gen x and gen z ‘s ideals and thinking ,they are the Centre, a mixture of both , and the perfect balance. 9) Be conscious of your surroundings and your body language, towards the end you were not interested in what they were saying. Your legs was a big give away, you just wanted to wrap up. 10) Thank you for introducing me to Frances , I don’t even know how I never came across her page !
