The error you can't figure out starting around minute 25 is one you can just mark as an exception. It's a "gap" error because it's the outside edge so no other features are touching it - which is technically against the topology rules.

when i creat topology.. arcgis return this => errer 000205: Failed to create topology.... The topology could not be created. This error likely occurs if you try to overwrite an existing topology that is currently open in ArcMap or if the overwrite geoprocessing setting is set to false// what i fail this?

Don't forget to save your edits as you go when you are satisfied with the changes. I think you need to save edits before validating again.
