Hi Geoff, Thanks for the walk about and guide to all the places to eat and drink. I also like the Sailor Bar / Restaurant for a great cheap meal that pepper steak looks like great value I’ve stayed in the Flipper Lodge a few time nice and clean and cheap very local. Only 10 sleeps to go 4 days in Bangkok and then down to Pattaya for a week to start the 4 months vacation travelling around Thailand can’t wait might bump into you for a cold Chang. Aw geoff what a treat a 30 minute video! We found the rolling stone 3 bar in august. We really anjoyed it and had pad kapow in that late night thai restaurant too! We love koh chang, peninsula resort!

Smashing Geoff enjoyed this vid, was in the Five Star Beer Bar in June, I just hopped on the Baht bus from Jomtien, I usually have 3 or 4 Changs in there whilst people watching then on me way, I’ll be popping back in there in November without a doubt as it’s a cracking place to sit and chill out and I love it, it’s a haven from the madness that is Pattaya, will try the Red Cat Bar one of the evenings too, as for a favourite bar? I do like Leks Last Stand on the Sukhumvit Road in Bangkok, great for people watching with a few coldies 🍻
