I normally just work both single and double kettlebells.

Reason #5: if you want to bias your training towards grip strength. Because wielding a single 32 kg bell will challenge your grip more than a pair of 20s or 24s.

@fbombtehgr3at - True, and good point. Honestly, I've never had a problem with my grip. So it's never on my mind.

I noticed that when doing Double Clean and Press with a pair of 22lbs, I am definitely stronger on my right side. So while my left side can't do any more reps, my right side can still do 3 reps more. So I'm getting into the Pyramid to avoid injuries, cause I almost hurt my left shoulder, I felt it.

Thanks Geoff, was in 2 minds what to follow up 12 weeks of the Giant with and think the King Sized Killer will fit the bill nicely.

@GeoffNeupert I recently bought a 24kg kettlebell and traded my 16kg in for it. I overestimated my gains and now I can't do the same ladders I was doing with RKC ROP. Is it effective to do sets of 1 or 2 clean and press to build up the strength?
@GeoffNeupert Жыл бұрын
@tricaexmachina2899 - Yes. Multiple sets of 1 and 2 (singles and doubles) is a highly effective way to build up your strength. I use them in many of my programs.

Uneven bell work is excellent.

@brianhopkins5251 - What @michaelsaunders7507 said. You can always used a pair of uneven bells. Great substitute for matching pairs.
