Hey GG. I noticed you accidentally chose Default Nights and not Darker Nights OIV. It happened when you were going back and forth between the two folders, but not a big deal. My view on this mod is they seem to have taken VisualV and made some tweaks to it then repackaged it. I'm okay with that because I do enjoy VisualV, and in the city no frame drops, and like VisualV it's lightweight. I agree the lightning is really weak and cartoony. I think Better ELS Reflections will look amazing once added. I like light blooming is far better controlled with Visual Vanilla than some other graphics mods. Excellent video once again!!!

I've actually installed this already. The install is a little long. But the graphics mod itself is actually really great. The lights for the police cars are really bright without being outrageous. I'm going to watch and see if I did it right. After the GTAV update I click on Story mode about 20 seconds later the game just goes away. Really frustrating as this happened with the previous update as well. All the LSPDFR updates installed, New LSPDFR, Scripthook, and Ragenative UI. Any ideas Geoffrey?

I had this problem yesterday and found the cause of the problem. When GTAV gets updated, the update.rpf file in your "mods" folder becomes outdated. So my way to replace that file is by deleting the "mods" folder and reinstalling ASI Loader and OPENIV.ASI (if you use OPENIV). You also may have to reinstall ur mods and edit the dlclist.xml (if u prefer to install manually)

Cool video, one question what's Vanilla Vehicle Glass Shaders in the optionals folder? There's two options and if I understand: one makes glass shaders/reflections better and the other one restores vanilla settings (aka proper saturation of emergency light glass). Is that what it does or is there something else?

Fortunately they are OIV files which does make this easier.

OIV is pretty much required for the mod since you don't wanna take hours of dragging and dropping stuff

I installed everything the same way you did, I made sure to pause the video while I was with openIV on the screen and everything to make sure I wouldn't miss a step, but when I open my FiveM and press the Home key it wont open the shader's menu and I dont see difference in my game visuals either.

I can't believe that this graphic mod doesn't even work. I spent 30 minutes of my time trying to install it to gta 5, and the game just crashes when I play it.
