So motivational to here, glad things are working out! My relationship of 11 years (3 married) crumbled away due to no emotional or pshycological safety. Years of controlling tendacies and not listening to my wife has caused her to make a decsion. I've experianced the 'I love you, but not in love with you', stone walling, push backs from the actions feeling ingenuine, sleeping with another person, but learn to break the negative cycle, learn to let her know its ok to talk. But despite some early begging and set backs, these videos have taught me to dance, listen and understand the route causes of our issues. 6 weeks since we seperated, she is starting to question her choice, I've made some low level and deep changes to the way I communicate to her. While we are still some ways off I can feel the changes for myself and feel her starting to warm up to the idea of working on our marrige. To everyone out there who thinks about giving up, keep going, learn these frameworks, listen to these success stories and the results will speak for themselves, paitiance is key!

​@@MMAStrikingI didn't cheat on her. On reflection it's unfair to say she cheated on me, the relationship ended and 24 hours later she sought solace with another person. Anyways, we are happily back together still, just celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary yesterday.

To the dude that couldmt spend 30 minutes to watch the video... Dude, lets say you applied to a job, and they show you a 30 minute video about their company and the work culture and everything at the interview. If its a job you want, wouldnt you WANT to see that?

Is Love not universal? As long as you can understand the videos and exercises, the language barrier is just an excuse to not try.
