Geoglyph Lenin in the Omsk region, Tyukalinsk for the birthday of Vladimir Lenin

The geoglyph appeared in 1970 in honor of the 100th anniversary of the birth of Vladimir Lenin
This practice was widely used during the Soviet era, when various appeals and slogans were made up of trees and shrubs.
The inscription "Lenin" is not only in Omsk, but also in other regions of Russia and the countries of the former USSR.
The size of the green monument is 280 meters long and 60 meters high, the width of each letter is about 12 meters. The inscription is well readable from a bird's-eye view, today we will take off at 500m and see how it looks.
The decision to create a geoglyph for the anniversary of Lenin was made at a party meeting of local forestry workers. Students of the Tyukalinsky Agricultural College helped to implement their plans. Together with them, high school students and local residents planted trees. According to representatives of the regional forestry, the preservation of the "green monuments to Lenin" is still monitored by specialists.
In total, there are at least twenty similar forest structures dedicated to the first leader of the Soviet state on the territory of Russia. During the Soviet era in our country, as historians tell us, the compilation of various slogans and appeals from planted trees and shrubs became widespread.

Тюкалинск в советское время имел множественные промышленные предприятия сх техникум пту и педучилище где обучались студенты из разных районов и областей также авто предприятия строительную отрасль и др ЖИЗНЬ кипела в районе РФ городок уничтожила превратив в захолустье с сокращением населения
