my main issue with career mode is that when i try to play it realistic and take losses on the chin, my manager rating tanks sometimes and ill be fired by february, and live editor is currently broken so theres nothing i can even do about it, otherwise ill just set myself to be unsackable. It really should be an option within the game, cause the way it is now is stupid and broken, either let us turn it off or make it way more forgiving, theres no way i should be being fired after winning a champions league just because i didnt win the carabao cup too

they need to just add some damn customization options like toggling on/off sackings, morale, objectives, sharpness, messages, fitness, etc. just more options to customize in depth like nba2k where you can customize so much like transfers between clubs with each other to make it realistic unlike rodrygo going to liverpool every save

The only thing I hate about career mode is the absurd number of transfers that happen. I wish there was a way to control AI transfers. I hate how by season 2 or 3 im playing against teams but half their roster is full of new players. Also doesn't help that a bunch of unrealistic transfers happen

There’s one thing I hate about this career mode in general is that the fixtures are always 2 days apart from each other the only time you get a break is when is an international break or when you’re not in loads of tournaments I get sometimes fixtures are every 3 days sometimes but it gets ridiculous towards the end of season all of the best you have have such low stamina and it’s hard to play with low stamina players and then you have to rely on dodgy simulations something I want changing for fc 25

Thats probably because you play in lower leagues with more teams, and thats why squad depth is really important there, and its the perfect excuse to rotate your squad

You can win almost every game but you know that if you start to lose 2-0, the script will add an other one and it will make sure there's no way that you can draw or even win that match. I play FUT too and honestly this year career mode it's even worst of the previous year(I play fifa every year since 2014); a match could end at 73min simply because you're goin to have against a infinite sequence of corner kicks that are going to end with a goal for the opponent or mostly is going to waist your time, 80% of the opponent shots end up behind your net, and like when you play rivals you have matches where the team doesn't respond correctly or at all, it feels like your players are playing on egg shells, on a beach... plus when you win more then 5 games in a row the game will automatically add the rain every game, germany, italy, spain.. it doesn't metter. some matches it's like you're playing without defence (5-6, 6-4, 7-6) World Class is too easy, Legendary mode is a joke. I usually don't restart games too but this year, cmon, red cards for hitting your opponent with your shoulder, defenders that open up for no reason, goalkepeepers that try to save the balls with the both hands on their chests, and I'm more then used to any kind of bullshit this game pulls during Rivals of Friendly matches against players... I could even add that this year if you win against a team the interview will be like: this time you were able to beat them you had your revenge.. first game of the season... This game is bad. Playable, but generally bad and EA just don't give AF about career mode players. I used to enjoy career modes but I understand you can't win every game and EA have to add some kind of script to prevent you to win everything in one shot, but this year it's even worst.

Ik the feeling about rain I'm on a 10 game win streak and every match is raining and my defender ain't defending at all and with revenge tbing it's annoying I'm on a new acc and every win its u got ur revenge like mf its my first gsme against them and if we going on realistic my team beat them irl

How do you pick the club you want to manage next when you want to move to another league. By job offers it gives you certain clubs available to manage, you can't just pick anyone you want. 🤨

I sim at the beginning just because if not getting to premier league takes forever. You can meat PML contracts early in the career and can just sim to end so you don’t spend forever in the minors

@@ibnujahsy The computer will rotate the squad based on the contracts of the players. If you want certain players to get more playtime, consider giving them better contracts or simulate your matches yourself instead of the calander.

tactics dont work. I play custom with balance on defence fast buildup 65 high up forward runs 55 chance creation 443 works great for me and always change the formation to 442 constent pressure in the 2nd half against defensive teams that play with 5 defenders And i dont change anything else.

The best tip is start playing Football Manager (FM24) rather than Fifa career mode.

Football manager games are annoyingly difficult to find, I don't really want a brand new one as it wouldn't run well on my pc but steam and gog hardly have any of the older versions of these type of game and consoles are no better - I remember gaming exchange stores with bargain bins stuffed full of old football games for pennies
