One tip for when you're trying to work out if it's BE or NL (car plates aside): In NL the houses often look very similar due to strict building codes and neighbourhoods being built in one go. In Belgium it's more of a free for all so you get streets like guess #4 where every house looks very different.

Also, the end which the traffic comes from should be bend to the right so it doesn't cause more good than bad to the car if it collides into it (Only some don't do that if: 1. For canada vs USA you can generally tell which one it is by the speed limit. If its below 30 in residential, 40 on a main road or 60ish on a highway it's going to be the us. Not sure If you saw it in round 12 but just a heads up if you cant find a flag for next time.

Imagine for a second that someone threw trash on the ground which an automated car took a picture of while on a quest to map every road in the world. Then said trash would be used by a random wizard to deduce where a computer program had placed him in the world while trying to guess 20 places in a row. Or the goat mare for that matter
