It's a pretty good observation, they are called "hollow bricks" here in south america. Particularly in bolivia, they leave those bricks exposed in constructions, looks terrible but it's very cheap

hungary has been streetviewed during winter so it stands out from other european countries. when you do a lot of maps you even know some countries as "oh it's really sunny so we might be on the eastern part which is always sunny"

One tip for when you're trying to work out if it's BE or NL (car plates aside): In NL the houses often look very similar due to strict building codes and neighbourhoods being built in one go. In Belgium it's more of a free for all so you get streets like guess #4 where every house looks very different.

Absolutely well done with the Bacolod guess, bang on :) ... I have been there, only for a few days lining up a digital microwave link, I was part of a team (Siemens) upgrading the national telecoms there to digital in 1992.... but honestly I would not have been able to pick that out, all I would have done is the same as you, guess somewhere in the Philippines... so that you just happened to guess on Bacolod was incredible, nice one

Just a tip, when deciphering between the USA and Canada you can take a look at the speed limit signs. If it says 25 on a neighbourhood street or 50 or something on a country road it’s the USA. You can judge for yourself and decide that it’s in mph for most roads.

Quick tip to distinguish Canada and US. If you have a speed limit sign like you did in PA, USA, miles per hour is US, Canada uses Kilometres per hour. So 25 in a neighbourhood is definitely US.

The easiest way to tell the difference between the US and Canada is that Canadian sign posts are made of wood and US sign posts are metal. Like if you look at the yield sign at 4:47 its wood

Also, the end which the traffic comes from should be bend to the right so it doesn't cause more good than bad to the car if it collides into it (Only some don't do that if: 1. There is no hazard to the car (e.x. very low speed limit). 2. Road work error which wasn't fixed yet.)

For canada vs USA you can generally tell which one it is by the speed limit. If its below 30 in residential, 40 on a main road or 60ish on a highway it's going to be the us. Not sure If you saw it in round 12 but just a heads up if you cant find a flag for next time.
