I think the flag in the Tuvalu-round was either from New Zealand or Australia (cause it is on the ship, I guess the ship is from there), the blue is darker than the blue on the flags of Tuvalu or Fiji. For me: I guessed Brunei pretty fast, but wasn’t sure if it was one of the smallest 32. But got it right in the end. I guessed Nauru instead of Tuvalu. Antigua&Barbuda made it very easy to guess correct. I don’t know another small country with catalan as official language, so Andorra was easy. And Malta I did also guess correct.
@nicogibbs23144 жыл бұрын
I would say it's more New Zealand looking flag than Australian flag cause you can not see big white stars it is probably not the flag of Tuvalu because I think that their flag is light blue (I could be wrong)
@nirutivan98114 жыл бұрын
Fvak Aett yeah, possible... I don’t know how visible the white star would be on this flag.... But another reason came into my mind, why it is more likely that this is the New Zealand flag: I think Australian ships have to use a red ensign flag (red instead of blue), while in New Zealand they can also choose to fly a blue ensign (the normal flag). I could be wrong with that. And I already wrote that Tuvalu has a lighter blue

Wow, he did incredible on that one! Round Two: Islands, boat looks influenced by Europe. Went for Carribean, specifically Antigua. Poor choice… 0 points. He had me beat there, at least he was in the right hemisphere! Round Three: First thing I see is a tourism office of my last guess!! Stupid Game! So, I guess there again and… 4995 points. Should have taken the time to zoom further in for those last 5 points! Watching him scramble back and forth between the islands cracked me up! Round Four: Weird spiky building, that language looks italian-ish to me… Ooooo, I can move! So I zoom through and find a billboard that says Andorra. I zoom in but don’t want to waste a lot of time, plop down a guess for 4995 points again! I was yelling at the screen for him to notice he could move! Round Five: Walls look Italian so I wonder if itis the Vatican, but I can move so I go looking. Find what seems to be seaside, so now I am confused, and lots of English which counts out most of the places I would have guessed. Suddenly realise that I have zoomed in and can’t see my time left or anything, panic, then time runs out on me!! 0 points. Drives me crazy that I go scrambling to find clues and he says “I think it’s X” within a second and is so often right! 14, 796 total. Two awful rounds, one that I might have got a small score on, the other I just failed. This was an interesting one!

Well, that round went quite well thanks to some lucky coincidences. Round 1: I know that building. Pretty much the only thing that pops up when you search for pictures of Brunei. Spent quite some time searching Bandar Seri Bagawan for the exact location. 5000 points though. Round 2: Lucky coincidence #1 and perhaps luckiest ever. I once planned making a “really small islands all over the world” map and visited this exact photo sphere before. Didn't even notice the flag but I knew the country and the island we're on. 4999 points. Round 3: Barbuda is pretty much uninhabited since Hurricane Irma, so it could only be Antigua, and there's only one bigger town, so that was easy. Finding the exact spot wasn't quite as easy. 4999 points. Round 4: Lucky coincidence #2. I sometimes design fictional bike race routes for fun, and as Andorra is a pretty good place for cycling, I have seen that glass spire before and knew where in the country it was. Just had to find the exact location. 5000 points. Round 5: Malta seemed like the logical answer, and I instinctively went for Valletta, but I couldn't find the spot. 4997 points.
