Fast & Easy Legendary Farm Route | Patch 2.0.2 in Diablo 3

Hey guys! I have been testing this run more and it doesn't seem to be nerfed. You may do 20 runs and find 0 legendarys but that's just called RNG. Sometimes you'll find a lot and sometimes none. All this spot does is up your chances of finding a legendary but you can still be very unlucky. Also Samuel does not spawn on torment 1 or below.

Quick update for you guys. I did this last night for 1 hour. I got 7 legendarys. I will test it again today and see if it's still consistent.

Hey Shinobi, thanks for this video! I've done about ten runs and my friend and I each found a legendary item. That being said, we've both had several Wretched Mothers that didn't drop any items at all.

Thanks for the vid! Legendary on 2nd run - Spaulders of Zakara. The last mother located on the path right before the last elite to end the quest didn't drop anything on the first run, but the same one dropped the legendary on round two.

Just did your farming route. On my first try of it I ended up getting myself a lovely mempo of twilight. Also I got myself about 1/4th of a Paragon level as well. Only got 70 Paragon. :) Thanks for the route. it does work.

Great find man, lots of useful info on this. Also, replace that echoing fury with the won khim lau without even blinking. Don't forget lifesteal is now at 10% of what it used to be and will be gone at level 70, so better get used to not having it now

Hi guys , got 1 leg and one green lv 31 recipe from the elites there and 1 or 2 good rares. The xp is still decent Atm paragon 65 and farmed for 1 h on t2 . Also in 1 h i got 1 and a hlf of paagon level fast. thanx for the video Shinobi , realy helped me out . Keep up the good work , subscribed !

Summary: Start Fallen Star/Rumford at the Gate. Bypass normal monsters. Kill wretched mothers and hit optional rooms for chests. Unique mobs will spawn more often at higher difficulties for even more loot. Kill wretched queen and turn in. Leave game, repeat. Thanks Shinobi. :)

Hey Shinobi, Something else to consider to. When you kill the Wretched Queen and turn in the quest, Talk to Leah and start the next quest. It's rather easy, just talk to leah, get past the gate and find the hidden cellar (20 seconds at most) Kill Captain Dalton, he's guaranteed to drop 3 items, and there's frequently a chest in the room as well. All the captain does is the Ice orbs, and they're easy to dodge.

Oh that explains why im not getting Samuel, did like 50 runs on t1 hardcore, this run IS good but the KEY here is what you are saying, skipp the trash, i used to do this and clear everything, skipping trash makes you find way more legendaries / hour, thx for this man

I have been doing this run to gear up my crusader. It was very safe on torment 1 and I've found a lot of legs from this run. I found 5 in a row in 5 runs last night. It's still a viable run and it's very safe. I feel like Adventure mode and doing bounties and rifts would probably yield more legs per hour, but I think this is a very safe way to farm up some legs to get your damage and toughness up at 70 on torment 1.

Great vid :) 1.Just as a question: What's with the mothers in the Decaying Crypt? (A tried the run yesterday, and the mob density has been nerfed), but there are a lot of Mothers, and still now, it's great for XP) :) 2. If Blizz is tracking this videos (and we know, they are) :D Instead of nerfing the XP reward (of cursed chests, ect.) and drop rates....Maybe (and it's just my oppinion) it would not be better to make the locations where cursed chests and shrines can spawn more random, and to force the player that way to play the game in a more bigger area, instead of a just in 2 min runs in a smal location?! :) Aaaan there comes the next topic: the randomness of the maps. :) But this is really a totally new topic :)

Tip: If you explore the whole ruins before you kill the queen you can often find more mothers there. If you kill her first they won't be there.

Just in case you're wondering, you can find legendaries off trash mobs. I was doing this run to level my HC barb (easy, 0 risk of dying) and I got 2 off trash. Interestingly enough, I got 0 otherwise in the 25+ runs I did. This was on hard though, not torment.

I will try and do this run some times today. I usually doing runs in act 3 with the quest "The Breached Keep". I don't know if it's the best route but I get a lot of gear and legen some times.

If anything will get nerfed it will be the consistent legendarys from Samuel the named mob and the 10m exp for completing the mothers on t6. Maybe not though.

I also agree with your comments on trash mobs, they aren't effective. There is no point to running around beasting garb so that you can earn miniscule XP. I was farming Dahlgar Oasis last night, and there are so many trash mobs that it makes finding anything in that area almost worthless. but it still still fun

Where can I start farming with my low-geared wizard? Currently at 250k dps, and awful 500k toughness (buffed). I just bought the game, and a bit lost, cause most of the guides I saw were for t4-5-6 farming routes, nothing for low level :( I tried T1, got owned, went back to master, and still can get nuked by elites there if they catch me. Tried 2-3 different specs.

Didnt have any luck yesterday. Just normal droprates after a wave of 17 legendarys. Means i got every 60-90 minutes one leg after these 17 legs. Will test it today again for 3-4 hours

Ran it in T2 difficulty this morning, killed everything, elites included. 2-3 minutes per run and had 8 legs drop in 2 hours. Having done that, I don't think going into the cave under the well is actually well worth it. I know there's chests in there and I have gotten one legendary from there but the time it takes to explore the entire cave is quite long.

I think depends on difficulty. When I play this on T1, the Samuel guy doesnt even spawn. Perhaps T6 has all the goblins, drops, etc

I like doing this run because it's quick, but its very hit or miss for me. I guess any run is like that though. I did 3 quick runs two days ago and got a legendary drop on each one. Three legendaries in like 10 minutes. All from the Wretched Queen. But tonight I've been doing runs for about 2 hours and haven't seen a single legendary yet.
