Correct. Convert Entity would create a polyline not an arc. We want arcs and lines.

I just resolved this issue. In System Options go to the import tab and deselect "Enable 3D Interconnect" and "Import Multiple Bodies as Parts" hit Okay at the bottom. Then in your add-ins disable "ScanTo3D" if you have it installed. This should resolve the problem for you. Let me know!
