The miracles of plastic surgery, she looks way better now than after the attack. But she's still blind and has lost her hands, all the money in the world does not compensate her for what she has lost. If I need a pet I will stick to cats and dogs, not a wild animal they need to be kept in the wild where they belong!

Truly touching. Charla is an amazing woman to come back from this ordeal and be mentally stronger for it. The surgeons did an amazing job for her, and I hope by now (seeing as this video is 2 years old) she's got her prosthetic hands and is living a happier, more independent life. When I see her at first in her picture, she is beautiful. After it goes to what she actually looks like now, she is still beautiful. There are some people in this world who don't look beyond looks. Humanity itself isn't beautiful for its opportunities on how we can look, but for what we can do. This women has had her face completely changed, but she still finds a reason to fight back. This is why she is still beautiful, because of her heart. Everyday, people don't realize the amazing opportunities that lie ahead of them, whether it's education, work, family, food, shelter, whatever situation we're in.
