Your work is amazing - intricate and creative. It's so nice to see someone who isn't just pouring glittery resin around a tree stump, turning a bowl and calling it a day.

Beautiful piece sir! Watching this was a nice break from pulling weeds in the garden. I have turnips as big as my head! And onions as big as a softball! But I have weeds, too. Get all the weeds pulled and I can go play with MY lathe for awhile. Your vase is lovely my friend, if not museum quality, its damned close! Keep it up!

It's always the same, lots of bits of wood glued together in a multitude of different ways, then cut up, sanded, glued back together etc, then it's turned ... and every single time it's different ... it's just incredible how you keep on coming up with these ideas and how each piece is just as stunning as the previous 👍

This is gorgeous. I am currently saving money to buy a lathe and accessories. It may take a few years but Just wondering which kind of glue do you use? And approximately how long was the gluing process for this particular piece?
@mayukowoodturning7644 Жыл бұрын
I use aliphatic wood glue, for gluing small sizes it takes 1-2 hours to dry, and for gluing large wood it takes 12 hours to wait until the glue is completely dry
