You should try Blast Furnace. Incredibly fun and difficult level. And it's long, will improve your consistency by a lot!

Do "Diffuse" by Hinds! It's a somewhat recent demon, and it's kinda difficult. I haven't beaten it myself, but I definitely could and you can, too! I'd say the hardest part would be the straight-fly near the end.
