Hey man I don't know if you're still checking comments for this video, but thank you for sharing this insight on a experimental geophysicist. I'm currently studying Geophysics and looking into topics to research for grad school. Fluid dynamics is something that's definitely on my radar. I highly recommend doing a video on it!

What an excellent idea to interview research professors and their students! I'm a computer science teacher myself and love this kind of content!

Fluid Dynamics is super hard to model and understand. My hat goes off to anyone who enjoys working in that field.

I'm really loving these videos about other scientists who study different fields discovering new things! They really deserve more views!

Thanks for this video. I love the excitement shown by Dr Aurnou for the study of fluids! Raises so many more questions about the details about the dynamics in our planet.

Great work, Thank you for the insight into this lab. This is my favorite topic. I would watch this kind of stuff all day and wish there were more of these out there. Perhaps Flat-earthers wouldn't be so stead fast in their beliefs if they could understand this stuff as well. It all ties together on this spinning ball we're on. Super great content... thanks again!

Wow. That was amazing. Made me wonder if the gyre in the outer core he was trying to create might explain mantle plumes, and basalt floods. Thanks, Dave. Nice work.

I love the "Bible" the left container is sitting on... It is the Bible for chemistry. It's the CRC Handbook of Chemistry and Physics.

We are getting better with fluid dynamics, we have some principles that correctly explain some simpler fluid phenomena,. the larger the system, it's very hard to predict what external factors add to the frey
