It's been like 4.5 years since I watched all of TNG, and I honestly have to say this may be the first episode I basically forgot about, couldn't tell you what happened in it, tells you everything about how catastrophically underwhelming and unremarkable it is.

There's a restaurant in Jefferson New Hampshire where you can bring your dog in with you. They just lay on the floor at the table feet. The funky bow brewery in Maine has dogs wandering around the picnic tables inside the main dining area.
