This case is exactly how I got out of jury duty. Mentioned this case and said I want nothing to do with playing the game of the American judicial sytem where really only three people in the room know the rules to the game. The response was "next in line."

If the Body was there when the Police first showed up why did they not find it and why can they not find the bullet. He messed up by not shooting the Cartel members who had guns in the initial confrontation. The Cartel is using his property too run drugs and the Police are letting them and possibly getting paid by Cartel too let them. That body was brought too that point by the Cartel and is probably just some innocent man trying too find a better life but it is unexcusable for Law Enforcement too mess with this old man just because that is where the planted body was found.
