I was JUST gonna say that lol . These two clearly didn't watch much, if any at all, of this trial..and certainly did not watch all of it like myself or the jury did, because there is absolutely NO evidence directly linking Mr. Kelly OR his gun to this death! That's a fact! Not to mention all the clear and blatant bias from the border patrol AND the sheriffs dept in this case, as well as some pretty obvious corruption going on with possible cartel influence..there should certainly be an investigation into both the BP and sheriff's, IMO! They literally went into Mexico without court approval to allegedly "interview" their "star witness"(whom cannot even be proven that he was there at all!), and the "witness" whom happens to have spent time in OUR U.S. Federal prisons in the past for smuggling drugs into our country, and whom has admittedly illegally crossed our border more than 10 times and been deported several number of times..and he had illegally crossed back into the US again, just minutes before trespassing on Mr. Kelly's property..so they chose to interview him for the first time in a hotel/bar with civilians all around..they didn't record the interview except for the last 6 minutes of nearly an hour long, so there's heavy dispute about what was said, as shown on the stand, and the cops wore plain clothes to conduct this "interview" , they admittedly helped the guy with his answers and made suggestions to him about what may have happened, and they even changed his answers on transcripts...and to top it all off...there were some of the deceased VICTIM'S FAMILY Members present for the interview with this guy!!! I could go on and on...this case should have never been tried or brought near a courthouse and I'm sickened that it was! I watch cases allll the time, and it's one of the worst I've ever seen! If this man doesn't walk free, it will be a HUGE miscarriage of our justice system... Also, just fyi.. alot of what you and the male attorney here stated to be fact in this case is just flat out false or merely opinions and biased etc, and, had either of you watched the trial as the jury did, you would know that, but you should really try to be a bit more careful about reporting such biased and proven to be false information on something like this. Prayers for Mr and Mrs Kelly🙏🏾 I'm a bit nervous that cartel members or BP have gotten to at least one of the jury members and it's deadlocking them right now.. Justice and trying these cases BY THE LAW is soooo important ⚖️ and if that's done properly, based on the actual evidence and FACTS of the case, as well as based on the LAW, as instructed, then there is NO possible way they can charge this man with any of these charges at all... Thanks

I thought shooting anyone from 100 yards away is obviously cold blooded murder. Then I found out he was protecting his property and I changed my mind. On this side of the border we are capitalists, not Christians! We protect our assets and if a life is lost it is what it is.

This attorney is not making sense. He was on HIS property, if he wants to shoot in the air or at a target he very much can. If someone trespasses in HIS property and get hit by a bullet that is not his fault! They are on HIS property. I understand Mr. Kelly shot to scare them, but my point is against the BS this attorney is putting put there, def never lived anywhere but in the city.

if that defense attorney had listened to the defenses closing arguments, 1. the ballistics experts said "far away" is defined as the gun being 6 or more feet away, 2. of course they are not going to leave behind their guns, 3. lthey probably picked up the bullet, 4. the "eye witness" that was interviewed in Mexico, was a. not recorded during their interview, b. has criminal record, c. gave inconsistencies about the location of themselves, Kelly's house, the road they accessed, etc., 4. Kelly voluntarily called for help when he found the body later that evening, if he was guilty he probably would have not called anyone out for help, 5. ballistics said that in order for the bullet to travel that far and hit the victim the way it did Kelly would have had to shoot at a slightly downward angle, and there are many obstacles in the land such as brush, trees, etc, between where he was standing and where the guy was hit, making it almost impossible for the bullet to travel in that way, etc.

You need to get better guests on to talk to, maybe someone who doesn't tell blatant lies and has no idea what he's taking about. Big difference between the fact of 100 feet and his lie of 100 yards! And George did not admit to shooting at anyone, he admitted to shooting his rifle in the air. The state has the burden of proving his guilt and they'll never do it without the missing bullet!

Despite the evidence and despite the law? What evidence? And doesn't the law say a person has to be proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt? Well he's a prosecutor. Their viewpoint is your guilty until proven innocent, and they just can't help it. Their usual mindset is "if he wasn't convicted then he just got away with it." His best evidence is "he kept changing his story" from "he shot over their heads to he shot in the air". And then the other great piece of of evidence ..."No other guns were found." No S--T Sherlock!" You know people always leave their gun at the scene. So that led to one juror being a dunderhead too!
