My husband has mental ailment similar to this, but we have medication for that now(thank goodness) but I have told my husband when he has his episodes, "I am here, I will always be here, i got you". Mental illness is no joke, and if your spouse or significant other does have a mental illness, and they are the love of your life, stand by them through it all. There will be both good and bad days, but in the end, you are together ❤️ and someone with a mental illness, They need to know they can count on the love of their lives to hold them down. Ride or die!!

Well i know a very handsome man (i have never dated) like this, who has asperger and a lot of mental health issues (schizoaffect, personality disorder, panic attacks). Over the period of time that i know him, his manic attacks got worse and worse. He would tell me he loves me over everything, just to call me the worst names and tell me how mediocre i am and wasted his time, a second later. He lied to me (about serious things) and then gaslighted/manipulated me by saying, he would kill himself, if i decided to not be with him. Then he would call me bad names again, followed by: I don't want to lose you, i love you so much. He was very aware of his mental health issues and told me he felt tortured by it. All i can say is, it took a big toll on me and my own mental health suffered a lot. People have to understand, they will not be the same, after they deal with someone who has mental health issues. They have to be aware that hurt and sadness takes a big part in relatiomships with them. I am a very empathic person and tried to understand him and tried to deal with it. But i couldn't. I felt like i was walking on egg shells, like falling apart. Always habing to be careful everytime to not make him angry.I said my goodbye to him a few weeks ago. I feel very sorry for him because it is hard for him to find a girlfriend but at the same time i feel so drained and exhausted. Mental illness must have a cause, so to just let it be, is not the solution. Sadly for him, nothing helped him... Mental health problems are something that we should definitely mot normalize but surely these people deserve all to be loved.

You have that vow "In sickness or in health," and the most responsible people stay, try to help their partner, and find a way to make do, but it's not easy. You need to make sure you're taking care of yourself at the same time, or you won't be able to handle it. The show makes it look like Charlotte's presence comforted George and helped him tolerate his illness, and makes her seem like a strikingly strong person. In real history, Geoge III didn't start going crazy until they had been married 20-odd years and they had a happy marriage before that. But Charlotte was very distressed by his illness.

I like how clearly charlotte always communicates her feelings that is what makes this show so satisfyingly nice! no pretending no beating around the bush just straight to the point. she is just so intelligent emotionally like just imagine being a newly wed and your partner seems to be perfect just to pull the trigger on you the minute you're out of the public eyes, anyone would cause a scene! But she decided to keep appearances and protect her emotion and keep her dignity. I love her so much as a character she is always able to assess a situation fast enough and decide her best course of action. George is amazing too, like everything this character does makes sense. he is always undergoing anxiety and extreme nervousness but you won't know if he doesn't say it (unless he has one of his attacks of course) which makes sense because his dad died young so he was probably rigorously trained to look perfectly composed under any circumstance from a young age. that just makes sense and I find that satisfying. I think he is very aware of how he appears to others and that is why he is always hiding from people and deciding to immerse himself in his passions, the things he considers a part of himself. and i feel like the reasons he likes science so much is that there is a specific way/formula to get the answers you are looking for and those exact formulas work and will work every single time but there is no formula for life or people, and his job as the "perfect" monarch is to erase any doubt people might have, for this he has to present as though he is the truth itself. "i decide! i'm the king" he says, but the only person who needs to be convinced is himself. I feel like that is why he loves Charlotte, Charlotte leaves no room for doubt she just says things as she sees them. and I feel like that is what makes her such a comforting presence for George and why this coupling is so perfect. Normally with shows like this it's like you want to be with or be one of the main characters but here it isn't the case I want George to be with Charlotte and I want Charlotte to be with George, and I won't have it any other way. not me writting a whole essay chile I think i better watch it for a 3rd time😂😂 also none of the other bridgerton couples come close to this they were boring af couldn;t make it past ep 2

I thought I would be weeping a lot, but not really until the last episode. I loved Corey and India as King and the queen. Their chemistry was very good. Like they made it look very believable that they were in love. I definitely felt bad because George wanted to be with her, he was ready to endure the torture just so he could be fine. And one more green flag, he would just laugh off at her silliest of words. Like without judging her or treating like her child, he would respond to her every curiousity. He genuinely admired her. She was genuinely lucky to be loved. Like Kate and Anthony have set my standards too high, but I feel King and Queen are going to be my second fav bridgerton couple for a long time, like for next few years, lol. Though I feel they did show us what they wanted to, their is still a possibility of season 2. We definitely have to be provided with more information. For the longest time I put off Bridgerton because I couldn’t get into the first season and when they announced this series I kinda rolled my eyes thinking it would be the same. But… I WAS DEAD WRONG😭. The chemistry between George and Charlotte was beautiful🥹And lady Dansbury’s backstory was so good. OH AND I CANT FORGET ABOUT THE ACTING!!! I LOVED IT SO MUCH THAT I PUT MYSELF THROUGH BRIDGERTON. (Spoiler: I ended up enjoying the series a lot more then I thought I would 😂)
