Ti sbagli...George era un UOMO dal cuore puro e i suoi problemi PERSONALI non hanno oscurato la persona che fu...Una volta all'entrata del match promise la maglia ad un tifoso che lo seguiva spesso,ma a partita finita ci fu un'invasione di campo;il tifoso che lo aspettava nella galleria che portava agli spogliatoi perse le speranze di prendere la maglia,ma vide uno tra la folla farsi largo in pantaloincini e calzettoni agitando una maglia rossa;questo e' un calciatore non quei manichini di ora!

Pienamente d'accordo con te. Egli fu autodistruttivo, è vero, e ne ha pagato le conseguenze, ma aveva una dignità che oggi certa gentaglia strapagata se la può solo sognare.

Genio e sregolatezza...credete che non se la sia goduta la vita mentre festeggiava a fine partita. mentre andava a letto con miss mondo, mentre prendeva a calci un pallone?...ogni cosa ha le sue conseguenze,positive o negative che siano...lui ha semplicemente scelto di vivere come meglio credeva....chi siete per giudicare??... George Best è un grande, unico e inimitabile!...per sempre un gradino sopra a tutto e tutti...

I saw him play with the L.A Aztecs back in 70s he kicked a cheap soccer ball into the stands it was a tradition for Aztecs I got the ball and if you got the ball you were allowed in the locker room to get the teams autograph after the game but dad didn't let me I think he got to drunk and wanted to get home.
