He is laying out a plan and a warning that Black Americans need to get their act together. The Hispanics will be an economic and political power in the years to come. Black Americans will catch hell trying to catch up to the Hispanics. Their unemployment rate will double. They MUST obtain educational excellence and learn Spanish and Chinese.

I would NEVER teach my child (if I had one) to work twice as hard for half as much. That's a slave concept. If my child puts out maximum effort, s/he is receiving maximum rewards.

i think you misunderstand what is being said. its not that we suggest we work twice as hard to have just as much. its that with the way society is we must to be viewed as equal. is it fair no but we must teach our youth to strive to be the shot caller so we can change this unfair but active trend.
