I think 'teacher' is correct based on my 50 years of experience in computer systems in Windows, Linux, Unix, etc. In most OS's you must be an Administrator of the Server in order to Delete files created by other Users. Right off the bat, I must say that I have not looked at any polls. However, I put this question out there, for folks to keep in mind: What is the sample size, and more importantly, what was the RESPONSE rate in any poll? Polls will often give a number that indicates the number of respondents ... but they seldom provide the upfront number of total individuals asked - thereby not telling you the actual sample size. Keep that in mind. They may have contacted and asked 10,000 people for a response, but only report the data from the 2500 people who actually RESPONDED. That makes a HUGE difference in the usefulness and accuracy of the poll.
