George Foreman 5-Serving Evolve Grill System REVIEW

Hi Guys, today I’m reviewing the George Foreman Evolve Grill. LINK to Grill: amzn.to/2KXdBot Waffle RECIPE: • Crispy Waffles Recipe It measures 15 inches across by 15 inches deep and 5.5 inches tall. There are top and bottom ceramic plates for grilling and the cooking surface measures 11 inches across by 7.5 inches. The cord is about 22 inches long. The grill plates are removable. Also included are the upper and lower waffle plates, drip tray, spatula and instruction manual with a few recipes. This is the knob to adjust the grill slope. Sloped so grease can flow into drip tray when you’re grilling meat. level for waffles and sandwiches. On the front of the grill, there is the power button, temperature and timer selector, sear button and up and down selection. The timer displays on the left and the temperature on the right.
When you first get the unit, wipe the grill plates with a damp cloth and dry. The drip tray can be washed in warm soapy water and dried.
Pull the handles out and attach both grill plates. When you’re grilling turn the slope knob so the grill is sloped. Put the drip tray under the front of the unit to catch grease.
Before the first time you use it, you can oil the plates. Don’t use cooking sprays. Preheat grill first for 5 mins, close lid, plug into outlet. Display shows dashes for time and temperature.
Press power to turn grill on. 5 mins will show on timer display and 300/145 on temp. You can change the time or temp by pressing the temp/timer button. Timer can be set from one minute to 20 mins. The temp can be set from 300/145 to 425/220.
When it’s done preheating, grill beeps and temp stops flashing.
Put food on bottom plate. Close lid and cook.

Great instructions. I haven't used mine in a while. Bought it for traveling and then never really used it a lot. Now I have fallen in love with it all over again but couldn't figure out how to change the time. This video helped me a lot. Thanks.

I have this exact grill and mainly bought it to make waffles. However, I couldn't get my waffles to come out correctly. I followed your video to the letter and my waffles came out fantastically! Thank you so much for this video. This grill is the real deal. It does exactly what it claims to do. You literally could have no stove or oven and use this grill for all your cooking purposes. apparently people are having trouble cleaning the white plates? clean while still warm best? pls comment any users of this grill as i want one n want your reviews on the cleaning issues or what has worked for you

Lauren , I typically use a nonstick spray before putting my meats down and then once they’re done I wipe the plates off while still warm. Personally haven’t had any issues.
