Reverse Bacon, Egg & Cheese
INGREDIENTS:
Bagel
Egg
Cheese
Bacon
Ketchup
Prop your grill on your upside down grease tray.
Heat your grill & lay down 4 strips of bacon. Close and allow to cook through. Remove. Chop bacon.
Crack an egg over the grill & break it up a little. Close the grill and allow egg to cook through. Remove. Slice into thin strips.
Toast your bagel on the grill until it develops crispy grill marks. Slice into thin strips.
Place cheese on the grill, close and allow it to melt. When it starts to develop crispy edges and it is firm enough to flip, flip it over and cook for an additional 30 seconds and remove.
Quickly, layer on bacon, egg & bagel strips and roll.
Cut into bite size “sushi” bites. Drizzle with ketchup and enjoy.
Vegan Tofu Wrap
INGREDIENTS:
Peppers
Tortilla
Tofu- Extra Firm
Sprouts
Peanut Sauce
Dry your tofu off with a towel.
Grease your grill and lay down your tofu, flipping over through the cooking process to make sure it is crispy on all sides. Remove.
Drizzle peanut sauce on your tortilla.
Add tofu strips, fresh pepper, sprouts and some more peanut sauce.
Roll your tortilla up into a burrito and place back into your grill until grill marks develop.
Steak Negimaki
INGREDIENTS:
Thin steak
Teriyaki Sauce
Carrots
Scallions
Sesame seeds
Cut your steak into 2 inch strips.
Marinate your steak in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
Chop off stems from scallions & thinly julienne carrot.
Grill your scallions just until they develop grill marks. Remove.
Grill carrots until cooked through. Remove.
On your thinly sliced steak, lay on some scallions and carrots and roll up your steak.
Place your steak rolls in your greased and pre heated grill. Close and allow to cook for about 2-3 minutes. Remove.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy!
Grilled Reuben Pocket
INGREDIENTS:
Dough
Corned Beef
Dressing
Sauerkraut
Swiss cheese
Roll your dough out over a dash of oil to help it from sticking.
Layer Swiss cheese, corned beef, dressing and sauerkraut. Top with another layer of cheese.
Fold the dough over and seal.
Grease your grill and place your dough on the grill. Cover top of dough with aluminum foil. Close grill. Remove once dough is fully cooked through.
Mango Sticky Rice Cakes
INGREDIENTS:
Sweet rice flour
Sugar
Mango
Coconut Milk
Sesame Seeds
Add 1 can of coconut milk into a sauce pan. Add 2 tbsp of sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and allow it to cool.
In a bowl mix 2 cups of sweet rice flour with about 1 cup of coconut milk mixture. Adjusting until you are able to make a smooth dough.
Form small dough balls and press between a plastic bag or ziplock bag to prevent from sticking. This will create a flat circle.
Fill the middle of your dough circle with mango and fold over. Seal the edges.
Lightly dampen the outside of your dumplings with water and dip into sesame seeds.
On your greased and pre heated grill, lay down your dumplings. Close grill and allow it to cook until it just starts to brown. Making sure to retain chewiness of your dumplings. Remove.
Drizzle with coconut cream and enjoy!

The only problem with this situation is ventilation. You need a place for the fumes to escape to, otherwise they get into your clothes, hair and all fabrics in the dorm room.

I've always felt the need to discredit anything endorsed by some public figure for money. Like Jordans. The Foreman grill smacks that idea in the face. Had mine for almost 20yrs now and still use that sucker about twice a week. Great product.

A foreman grill that you don't have to prop up already exists here in Europe. In Belgium we call in the Croque Monsieur Machine, In the Netherlands it's known as a Tosti-Iron. ;)

I totally use my foreman grill to make Reuben wraps. In my case I coarsely chop corned beef/pastrami and throw it in a pan with shredded swiss and drained saurkraut. Then I fill a burrito wrap with the heated through mixture and add some russian/thousand island dressing, and toss it on a foreman grill to press it like a panini or grilled stuft burrito. So good.

Got instant munchies after this, so we had some leftover Mantou (steamed bun) and I cooked a burger in the foreman then fried the Mantou in the juices of it, split the bun in half and put the burger in there, added an egg, some garlic sauce and soy, OMG IT WAS FOOD PORN! "Mantou Burger!" I'm sure many people have done this before but I was proud of myself lol.✌

I used to cook in my dorm room in college with a George Foreman grill on the nights the food service was serving something I hated. I did chicken, steaks, ham and cheese sandwhiches, stir fry, etc. I had to bribe my neighbors occasionally with a chicken breast or NY strip so they wouldn't rat me out to the dorm manager, LOL
