Reminds of the time I was in Old San Juan Puerto Rico. Long story short I got into a car with a local stranger and he took me on a little cruise through La Perla at night so that I could buy some weed. Afterward he took me to a gas station so that I could get some blunt wraps. Overall a positive drug buying experience, although there were moments where I thought I was going to die. Did you know in La Perla you have to get through the hard drug (heroin,cocaine etc.) corners before you get to the weed spot? I did not get drugged and mugged though.
