Injuries during college. Lack of production in college due to injury and offense scheme. Scouts weren't WRONG. He was highly touted as a stud athlete. He was just hurt a lot and didn't produce in a college.

Well they did that with John Ross, and we all know how that turned out. You can't judge a player based off a good combine.

Drafting, as a rule, is based 90% on tape (The number differs slightly depending on who you ask). There just wasn't that much of his game tape to go around. What we did see was impressive, but it was almost entirely blocking (Such is life at the University of Iowa). Before the combine, he was probably going to go undrafted. This performance vaulted him into the 5th round
