Hi India, great song sung by so many. You just have to hear Maria Bello sing it. Her version is the only one out of the countless number I've pored over that has really moved me. I love Bonnie Raitt but this the best I've heard... kzbin.info/www/bejne/iGrQm6tteM-hmtU I like the variety of songs you are doing reactions to, so that's a subscribe from me.

India George does a song called "Careless Whisper" and another called "I'm never gonna dance again" from the "Faith" album. Those were waaay better IMO. But I'd really like to see you review a song called "A day in the life" by the Beatles. Thanks for the entertainment India.

Magnificent Voice. Absolutely great talent. He should have more recognition.

George found the love of his life in a crowd of people at a concert. He was on stage, looked out into the crowd. Saw a man that gave him butterflies. He had security go get the man and bring him backstage. The two were together until his death.

Well I have to say the Bonnie Raitt version I've only heard, the studio recording. This version which is live may I add is impeccable. His voice is so pure silky and velvety and does not have the benefit of any editing while being in the studio. He has the best live voice ever. Absolutely flawless.

I haven't heard this song in years. I had a lot of albums of Bonnie Raitt after hearing this song from the 80's. GM is good on this song but the performance from Bonnie is so authentic. India, when you can watch the 25 live concert from London. You will absolutely not be able to stop thinking about George's music once you see this concert. This concert was in the mid-to-late 2000s and he took it all over the world. He sings everything with his amazing band and backup singers. You will absolutely love it. Was George at his best. I was with a recovering alcoholic for 13 years. Starting dating him at 17 he though I was 18. He was 32. Its a long story. In the end he relapsed I was so young and didnt realise. But in any case he was really me first true love. He was all I have known at the time. His mum had passed away and he decided that it was best to end it. I tried to understand. But died in our driveway twice listening to this song cause I gave up. A month later I ended up dying again cause I didnt know how or why to carry on. Then I heard "A different corner" So in any case I will leave it at that. Just really messes with me. to know how CAPABLE love really is! And how some people just toss it aside. . . . . Thanks for listening.

Please react to George Michael -Killer (Papa was a Rollin Stone) In 1991 George Michael performed a blend of 'Killer' and 'Papa Was a Rollin' Stone' live at Wembley Arena. The video shows a young George Michael at his very best: holding a crowd of thousands in the palm of his hand. (Smooth Radio). George Michael performed at the Wembley Arena, London for his Cover 2 Cover Tour in 1991 on March 19, 20, 22 and 23. But did you know that he donated proceeds from that show to British AIDS charities and hospices estimated to be more than $1 million? 🙏💜

There was a lot of poignancy in this performance. It was from MTV Unplugged in the UK a performance that has alot of sadness.
