Truth is I went to Christmas mass that day and that priest made a sermon full of condemning innuendos about his passing, I was shocked . It’s not the first time Nazis hide behind a holy man’s clothes. As for GM he was produced by our society and was both bright and dark. A true mortal indeed. It’s no use accusing him of anything. I remember hearing that George had passed away when it was announced on my local radio station as I was driving to a friend’s place. Had to pull over to the side of the road & was in shock. I couldn’t believe it. Such sad news😢 All of his fans (I was one of them for many years) & the music world lost one of its most talented singer/songwriters that day. Gone far too soon.
