For the giving his room up, I think it's mostly because he knows Mary won't make Sheldon give his room up due to the fact he doesn't like change and she wouldn't put a guest in the same room as him, which takes Missy out of having to give up her half of the room

At 2:26, after the librarian arrives at the Cooper residence to stay during her recuperation, Sheldon is SO concerted about her injuries he asks if she can believe his mother said he can't go to college. If Sheldon were to write a book about this situation to emphasize his caring and concern for the librarian, who always tries to be kind to him, people who don't know him would wonder why there aren't any words written on any of the pages. Those of us who regularly watch 'Young Sheldon' and know his "amazing empathy for people" would NOT be surprised by the lack of any text on the pages.

How was this George’s fault. He probably didn’t consciously move. Everything happened so fast it was probably an instant. If George wasn’t supposed to move then blame Wayne for warning him or the player for running into her which was also an accident
