@@Hugohhhgg I was so heartbroken when he passed. I was nearly the same age as Sean Lennon when John was killed and I remember it vaguely but it didn't really make sense to me as an almost five year old. George was completely different and it brought tears, especially as he must have suffered the last few months of his life. Such an amazing person to suffer so much (as many do)... I'm just glad that both Paul and Ringo got the chance to be with him and say their goodbyes as best they could since they were cruelly denied that chance with John.

He’s so underrated it breaks my heart. In literally any other band he’d have been lauded as a songwriting genius with an insanely beautiful voice, but of course he was in the Beatles with Lennon & McCartney! Even then I consider some of his songs amongst the best they produced. _Something, While My Guitar Gently Weeps, Here Comes The Sun,_ and the glorious _Long, Long, Long_ - a little-recognised masterpiece (and Ringo’s best performance). Miss you George!

Funny enough, George Harrison did not compose "Got My Mind Set on You." Its composer is Rudy Clark, perhaps most famous for writing "Everybody Plays the Fool," a smash for the Main Ingredient. The legend is George knew "Got My Mind Set on You" from the version made by one James Ray when he bought an album by Ray that included "Got My Mind Set on You."

I know a lot of other Beatles fans from generation z that feel the same way; like we were sort of “robbed” of all of that music, tours, them being alive in general. I also think they would still be making music just like Paul and Ringo do. But that’s it, we just have them. And I guess that’s life sadly. @@biruteb387 I assure you I don’t. Both methods exist simultaneously and in fact the internet has helped people of all ages find new artists they love and made them consider buying and listening to a vinyl a worthwhile endeavour, on top of innocently watching a KZbin video.

My favorite beatle, George Harrison died way too young. Imagine the music he still could’ve made.

Took me 33 years to find this song. I seen it on TV when I was a kid and where I lived at the time, placed it around 1988/89, so I was 2 or 3. I rememberd the clock moving back and forth and animals...throughout my life this would pop in my head but not the music, thanks to the internet I was able to google what I seen and it was this for sure, great song too
