Got to love how many different styles of fishing are readily available in summer! Boat hulls are definitely up there with one of my favourite. Keep the videos coming mate 🔥

@@TheFinesseAngler For sure dude! As frustrating as boat hulls are it sure is nice having another arrow in the quiver so to speak. Bloody fun when you’re catching fish too! Thanks for all the support brother! ❤️

@@livin4adventure_aus584 Cracker of a shot hey! I had to put the kayak down and take a photo. Mate I’ve only picked it up in the last couple of weeks. I’m definitely no pro at doing it but I’ve been able to find some good fish in doing so. Always happy to jump out on the water with you and show you what I know mate, you just let me know when.

@JCS_Finesse_Fishing Thanks mate! Only a 1 day comp for this round but I’m hoping to get some footage together on comp day, though will more than likely focus a bit more on fishing!

Another great video, thank you. Do you tune your lures?
@FinesseObsessed5 күн бұрын
@@DocFisho Thanks mate! Honestly I haven’t tuned them yet - I’m hoping to get out at some point soon and play around with tuning the Khamsin’s. I haven’t played around with the Daiwa cranks as I’ve been told they don’t do too well when they’re tuned. Have you tuned your cranks?
@DocFisho5 күн бұрын
Yes I’ve been trying. I’m still learning this technique, find it tricky in the wind, but very satisfying when I get a result. I’ve had more results with the khamsin lure, but too early to make a definitive conclusion.
@FinesseObsessed5 күн бұрын
@ it’s definitely challenging in the wind but I find you can alter your approach at times and still be able to get casts in, it just means you might not be able to approach it from the usual angle that you like. Good to hear mate, I’m looking forward to getting out there and trying the tuned khamsins!

What would you say your favourite place to fish is?
@FinesseObsessedКүн бұрын
@@imanonymous836 That’s a hard one! All depends on time of year too mate. Would be hard to go past my local, Brisbane Water. Hawkesbury is a very close second though, I’ve caught some cracking fish out of there.

I don`t understand why you use hooks on your lures when doing a prefish. Will those fish you caught be back on the chew on comp day. ??? IMO NO . Why don`t you use hookless lures and feel them strike at the lure. At least you know they are there .
@FinesseObsessed5 күн бұрын
@@johnwalker6420 Thanks for the input mate, prefish is over two weeks away. Personally I don’t think that the fish will stop eating for the next two weeks because they were caught. I definitely see the argument if I was fishing in a Hobie comp where the prefish is the day before!
