First let me say,,, I'm cheering for Devon. That said, I know enough to not trust whatever says, lol ( he said this himself). I think Georgi could win this. He has a very long leaver as well but with some me crazy strength behind it. Very impressive. + he's (as Ermes says) a quality guy, in character. Seems most think Devon is going to win in a sweep. I don't see it this way. I think this will be a hell of a fight and could surprise many! I also think Devon knows all of this and that is what makes him a great champion and competitor!

I think Laletin is going to win. Literally everybody predicted that Revaz is going to beat Vitali as well and look what happened. Ermes had two matches against taller opponents - Kurdecha and Larratt. He lost both matches terribly. Ermes has never won a match in his career where he hasn't hand control. I don't think he will have control over Vitali's massive and strong hand.

I have a feeling Devon will do little in the setup and just get down to business He will bring Devon to the pad, but can't finish. It will be similar to the left hand match, but Devon won't gas out and takes centre within 2 or 3 rounds Georgi is a great guy and extremely strong, but he hasn't the tools to win. Devon already knows what to expect and he will stop the match

Things are looking really grim for Georgie. To RECAP- -He needs perfect grip -He needs more than 1 month notice -He needs to have been actively training the arm specified to pull, because starting training when given notice isn't enough time -He can't be working -He has to have the match start when HE'S ready, and not the ref -He needs an opponent who doesn't employ tricks and just fights him with sheer power Sounds like a shattered man who is now politely padding the ground where he expects to fall.

I think Georgi is putting too much stock in that practice pull. We have seen Devon in countless practice videos in the same position Georgi describes. It looks like Devon can't do anything until match day where it actually means something. I guarantee Devon got way more out of that practice match than Georgi did. I still wish Georgi the best.
