Great sounding units, shame that GE had to neuter their exhausts in later FDLs. I'd kill for AC4400s to sound this good.

Like them all. Especially the horn on 1706 @ 9:50. Those are becoming rare.

Nice! That horn sounded a bit sick... That must have been an ear sore, but I'm sure it was a great sight to see! Nice video, Chip!

Do L782 and L783 always meet and swap locomotives at Groveland siding?
@trainkid1610 жыл бұрын
Yes. I think that may be the only siding on the railroad..
@danieldefenseM49 жыл бұрын
Chip Allen There's a siding there in Collins and a shorter one in Claxton.

I hope the high hood U-boats have a hopeful future.

I do too, but with the G&W purchase, it's looking grim.
@PereMarquette122311 жыл бұрын
What is with the G&W buying up every shortline possible? They just bought the Huron and Eastern up here and the Marquette thats right down the road from me.

***** Power. The more short lines they can control, the more money they bring in. And worldwide, they have no competition.

Would an engineer job be good with Georgia Central? I'm an engineer with CSX and have 12 year's seniority. But with new CEO it's gone to crap.
