And even tho Georgia had come back in this game, Bama was still driving, and theres the thought that Bama could very easy get this game into OT and win it in OT. But then Kelee Ringo picked the ball off and reality sat in that Georgia had finally won it all The play, the fight song right after the TD, and it came against Saban’s Bama. Perfect.

@jcelldogs3 жыл бұрын
As a michigan fan myself, I'll admit Georgia was the best team all year. With that being said, I feel the playoffs were rigged to benefit the sec. The sec title game was fixed in my opinion as the conference knew they had the opportunity to get both in and they took it. With that in mind, let's move to the playoffs. With uga the best team and bama struggling all year and basically sliding in backwards to get in, I think you put uga vs Michigan and get rid of the only real threat to the sec crown, and stick a struggling bama with an overrated cincy team(who didn't really belong) no offense to cincy. You beat notre dame. So that's my opinion. You stick the matchups right to get the sec vs sec championship game. I think michigan beats bama or cincy if it were lined up that way.
@justg00ch2 жыл бұрын
@@jcelldogs rigged for the SEC? Uh, looks like the committee got it right, seeing as both SEC teams annihilated their opponents in their semifinal games. Those who speak about SEC bias are usually fans of teams that the SEC teams dominate
@jcdawg83632 жыл бұрын
@@jcelldogs Sorry, Bama would have destroyed Michigan pretty much like Georgia did. I'm not a Michigan hater. In fact; I admire the Michigan program, but Michigan is not on the same level as Georgia or Alabama at this point. College football today is ruled by about 5 teams; they are Alabama, Georgia, Clemson, Ohio State and maybe Oklahoma. I don't like it but that is the way it is.
@jcelldogs2 жыл бұрын
@@justg00ch the point I'm making is the sec saw the opportunity to get both teams in by having Georgia take a seat for bama in the sec title game. Clearly it was rigged. If you don't think the sec isn't dirty enough to pull that crap then you don't know the sec very well. Georgia had a game to lose and still made it. Now when it comes to the seeding of the teams, michigan should have been 1 because they only lost to msu which was a top 10 or 12 team. Bama struggled with several 6-6 teams like Florida and auburn to name a few(and lost to tex a&m). They gave bama the one spot so they could face an undeserving cincy team. They they had the true #1 team all year(Georgia) face the only threat to the sec in michigan. So why not have Georgia take care of michigan and then a struggling bama should surely beat a Cinderella cincy team that only made it due to a lucky win vs a mediocre notre dame team and their crappy conference schedule. Let's be real. It was setup to get an sec vs sec championship game. Anyone that don't see that is lying for the sec conference.

@@jcelldogs Georgia didn’t take a seat. We can’t cover Jameson Williams and neither can Michigan, I hate that he got hurt but that’s just how it panned out. If our walk on QB didn’t make so many mistakes in the SECCG then maybe bama wouldn’t have been in it. But all these if’s and buts don’t mean shit. Just wait until they expand the playoff lol. You guys are going to REALLY hate the SEC, you literally have no idea yet.

@@jimk7882 I can say with 99% confidence that this is not true. Alabama dominated the SEC championship and lost a top receiver then lost a second top receiver during the national. Despite being down 2 receivers, Young still outplayed Stetson Bennett. He did make a few questionable calls, however, that truly costed Alabama. Alabama’s defense was playing great… until the fourth quarter. The fourth quarter was rough and everyone had given up by that point (clear by the twenty points allowed lol) Overall, it was well played by Georgia and a great game (at least on Georgia’s side :/ ).
