So the Governor of Georgia decided not to vote? Shameful honestly. You have a vote use it, or don't ever vote in the future. If you miss a voting round, you should lose your rights on the future. I've voted in every election since i became eligible in 1990 when i turn 18. My first vote in a presidential election was 1992 Clinton v GHW Bush. Haven't missed a vote since then.
