I don't know why. There have been women killed over the fantasy of being a model. There have been numerous cases of men at malls going up to young girls saying they are photographers. They tell girls they look like models. Lure them to their cars or a remote location. Then it is over. Being a model is not glamorous unless you are one of the few very elite.

The “modeling agency” scam 🤷♂️. Just modernized and adapted to target MEN in ATL. Why? The currency on attractive black men in that city. Lots of pretty boys almost looking to be exploited, who came to the city so that people there would call them pretty to begin with. Just remember the basic rules. Never pay upfront, and if it sounds too good to be true boys, it is.

Investigate who owns Soul Studios? Check to see if your photos were placed on the dark web or any website without your consent? Hire a lawyer and counter sue them for violation of your due process rights and consumer fraud. I would report them to your local state attorney general and department responsible for corrupt business practices. I would file a complaint with the FBI, FTC, and any government agencies responsible. Once you find out who owns them do a background check on everyone who works for them and report them in other states to make sure they never do business anywhere again.

One of my mistakes early in my aspiring modeling career. Do not ever pay a model agent. They get a percentage of profits once you book a job. I did not ever but I paid hefty fees for constant photos. I had a working photog use me in some things and that is how you get discovered. You hope they(photogs) get gigs, and they need models. As the photog they can pick models to use for those shoots. Or if the model scout is the real deal like the one that discovered Naomi Campbell. Otherwise it is best to just hope and dream and do not spend money except to update your portfolio or "ZED" cards-No longer use that term I am told. Linda said it. LOL
