This game is giving me 2021 Orange Bowl UGAvsMich vibes. The better part of the last year or so it’s so obvious that if you make Jalen Milroe go through progression and make him throw the intermediate and short?Alabama gets into dog fights with really good and average teams. Michigan, Auburn, South Florida, Texas, Arkansas and Georgia. He was sacked like 7 times in the rose bowl. Kirby LIVES on keeping everything in front of the Dbs and making you drive the field and not giving up explosives. I’m telling yall this could be a very bad matchup for Alabama especially with them not being able to stop the run? Both teams can’t really but the only difference is Georgia has an extremely experienced defensive back field. Could be wrong but it could tilt heavily towards Georgia by the 4th. Especially if Georgia is able to run the rock and sustain drives. The media is diving WAY too deep into Kentucky. Georgia was able to rush on a very good Clemson front 7 and break explosive runs. that is precisely why i don’t buy anything any of these people say about this matchup. they mention the things that concern them about georgia but for some reason nobody is talking about bama’s inexperience at cornerback and the fact that they’ve given up 350 rushing yards the last two games against teams with no passing game . georgia passes to set up the run not the other way around.and those teams still had opportunities downfield just really bad qb play!meanwhile georgia has one bad game and it just so happens to be the most recent game they played. just another case of recency biased that is clouding people’s judgement . look for georgia to test the edges of that defense with jetsweeps and take shots downfield because they still have explosive potential they just haven’t had many opportunities and when they have they haven’t converted

Lmao. Ok buddy. You trying to create some false narrative? As a Bama fan, this is a game where UGA should actually put a whopping on us for the first time in awhile. Especially with a mud fest in the forecast. That plays right into UGA. UGA can’t win a shootout vs Bama. Period Play us later in the year without coming off an hurricane and I may be it will be back to usual whipping up on Kirby. New system on both sides of the ball everyone is still getting comfortable with. Especially on defense.if we run a bunch of 3 man fronts over and over and don’t pressure Beck and actually hit him, we will get slaughtered. Haven’t seen where we can stop the run under Womack’s defense. It will take us working out some kinks and being consistent which we haven’t done on defense. Haven’t been consistent in the intermediate passing game either. Book or bust won’t beat UGA. It has to be 4-5 yards methodical were them down drives. UGA SHOULD win this game without question with their continuity. Teams don’t poach UGA coaches like they did with Bama and Saban. UGA’s defense is better than Bama’s right now. That will be the difference. Roll Tide.
